I am a Market Programs Director for Tilth Alliance. My work in food access and local sourcing includes previous positions as Program Director for Urban Gleaners, a food rescue/redistribution organization, Chef/Owner at Our Table Cooperative Farm, Founder/Manager for DTSA Farmers Market and Director of Culinary Programming for The Ecology Center. My passion for food and community are the driving force in my work and life.

I am from Seattle and have been committed to sustainable locally sourced food since digging up onions from the garden at 6 months. More recently, I spent my last four and a half years as an Operations Manager, helping my team constantly refine their processes to seek efficiency, but not at the expense of community connection and organizational sustainability.

Hi, I’m Seth. We’ve called Seattle home for twelve years, after relocating from Northern California, where we were heavily involved in a food co-op in Davis. I’m passionate about community-owned and controlled food systems! Proud husband to a Coast Guard wife, and delighted caretaker of five lovely chickens and two ridiculous cats.

I moved to Seattle five years ago and have been in West Seattle the entire time. By day I am an Operations Manager in UW-IT and am active in various Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion groups professionally. By night I am a mom to an imaginative and active 3-year-old. I became involved with the co-op after learning more at the Bee Festival and am excited to be part of the team that helps DGC finally open the doors!
