Donate an Essentials Box Every Week
Set up a weekly DGC Essentials Box Donation subscription and skip having to remember to order a box every week.
Your $22 weekly donation to the DGC Essentials Donation Program helps another household in need, covering a full Essentials Box.
Since the Delridge Grocery Co-op began our gifted produce box program in July, 2020, we’ve grown it from a handful of boxes to an average of 21 boxes a week — representing between 20% to 25% of our weekly Essentials Box totals.
The Delridge Grocery Co-op has partnered with Delridge Neighborhoods Development Association (DNDA) and several local schools (including Sanislo and Louisa Boren) to support a number of families they’ve identified as needing help.
To create an Auto-Renew subscription:
- Click the Sign Up Now button, and complete the checkout and payment process.
- You’ll be charged $22 for the first week’s donated box on Thursday (it will be noted as your first renewal).
- The next week (and following weeks), you’ll get an email on Tuesday to remind you of your Auto-Renew subscription.
- Your credit card will be automatically charged $22 on Thursday, and the box will be included in our donation pool on that Saturday — it’s that easy!
If you want to skip a week, you have until midnight on Wednesday night to put a hold on your Donation subscription by visiting your account page. You can then re-start your Auto-Renew when you’re ready. You can also cancel your Donation subscription at any time (making sure to cancel before Wednesday at midnight).
