Gajar Ka Halwa | Carrot Halwa (4 Ways) From a colleague of ours — Carrots are called gajar in Hindi and a very popular dessert during winter is Gajar ka Halwa or a Carrot pudding. The carrots in North America are very different from what you get in India but the recipe still hits the spot.
