What to do with it all? 

You could try an Apple Bok Choy Salad that happens to use four of the ingredients from the box! 

You could also consider this Baked Salmon recipe that calls for a bed of bok choy and will use the juice and zest of an orange. 

If you’re trying to decide what to do with your Rutabaga this week, here’s a simple roasted option that would be a great accompaniment to loads of things (protein of choice, salad of choice, chard and Garbanzo beans, etc.). 

There’s also this version of Rutabaga, which is both a poach and a pickle… and leaves you with what sounds like a delicious and more spring-inclined version of the food.
